Jennifer Li (ArtSci ’17 – History)

Campaign Strategist, Crestview Strategy

Jennifer Li graduated from Queen’s University with her BAH in History. While at Queen’s, she pursued a degree outside the classroom and served as Undergraduate Student Trustee and then AMS President. Her roles introduced her to the broader public affairs world and taught her about the use of digital campaigns to curate and amplify interest in an issue. She recently joined Crestview Strategy’s digital campaigns and mobilization practice, where she continues to apply her experience in mobilizing communities and building partnerships to achieve policy outcomes.

Scott Megginson (ArtSci’ 89 - Drama)

President, Insights Division Kantar Canada

Kantar is one of the world’s largest market research and consultancy companies, with over 30,000 employees worldwide, and Scott leads the Canadian business (with offices in Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa).  During his time at Queen’s, he was both Stage Manager then Director of The Queen’s Entertainment Agency (AMS), and an occasional entertainment writer for The Queen’s Journal.  After school, he pursued his dreams of being a rock star, until starvation set-in and he joined the corporate world.

Katherine Kopiak (ArtSci ’14 - Film and Media and ’16 - Cultural Studies)

Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Queen’s University Arts and Science

Katherine (Kat) Kopiak graduated from Queen’s University with her BAH in Film and Media in 2014 as well as her MA in Cultural Studies in 2016. During her undergraduate studies, she volunteered for Queen’s TV, now known as Studio Q, in roles ranging from news reporter to segment manager. With an interest in new media and a love for learning, Kat went on to do a master’s in Cultural Studies at Queen’s as well as a post-graduate certificate program at St. Lawrence College in Interactive Marketing Communications. Soon after completing the latter of these programs, she began working for the Faculty of Arts and Science at Queen’s in marketing and communications where she combines her passions for higher education, digital creativity and marketing and communications.
